The Garage Conversion Group works closely with its clients, building control, architects, and structural engineers

The GCG aims to limit its customers’ stress whilst dealing with all elements of each project. This can be from
product and part supply to building control and electrical sign-off. By taking control every step of the way,
customers can sit back and relax throughout the entire process led by the team of experts at the GCG.
As it covers every trade, The GCG is able to comprehensively carry out all kinds of work without having to contact
any other companies. This stops the client from having to work around more than one company, with fewer costs
and complications too. There is less of a wait for things to be completed and no worry of a disjointed service.
The GCG’s main area of expertise is extensions, but it has recently had an increase in the number of garage
conversions. This is most likely due to COVID-19 forcing more people to work from home, so they need a space to
work away from any distractions. So, due to the pandemic, the GCG has created a lot more working space
throughout 2020/21.
Its last project was an extension that worked alongside a whole redesigning of the bottom floor of a property. By
working closely with building control and the structural engineer, the GCG was able to transform the entire space
whilst overcoming different weight issues as a direct result of its existing loft conversion.
In this project, the GCG created a completely new open plan kitchen, dining room, and living space that reflected its
client’s wishes flawlessly. Its internal bi-fold doors were installed to separate the living spaces when it suited the
client. All of this was done alongside a new utility room and downstairs toilet.
There is nothing that the GCG can’t do for its clients as it is fully equipped with everything it needs to create a
dream space for anyone who wants an upgrade.
Leading into 2022, the GCG is looking to extend and expand even further. It plans on doing this by continuing to
provide top-quality services for each client involved. Its pristine planning and careful consideration of each job it
takes on ensures that the job is carried out with the future in mind. The GCG will continue to put its clients first by
creating the living spaces of their dreams.
